Our Staff
At GES, we recognise that our most important resource is our staff.
As with our students, our staff come from many different countries around the world, contributing to the truly international nature of GES. At the current time, our teaching staff originate from some twenty different countries from the UK and Europe, Africa, Asia, North America and Australasia.
We hire teachers on the basis of their teaching experience and qualifications and not where they are from, and partner with a range of recruitment agencies to attract the best quality teachers to GES.
Our priority is to ensure that all staff contribute to the wellbeing of our students, and GES provides regular health & safety and safeguarding training. In addition, a weekly, comprehensive continuous professional development (CPD) programme is devised to further develop our staff according to the needs of the school. Most of our academic leaders are UK-trained and experienced, and have obtained higher levels of educational qualifications including Masters degrees and (UK) National Professional Qualifications for Senior Leaders and Headship.
